Was that at Teriyaki? Man, you should've seen the transvestite air-hostess they had at one of the gigs there last year. What a senseless waste of bananas.... :nervous: |

DOnt worry, I got ur emails, and you'll be on the list :)..
(and yep Paulie..Im PLaying - 2 full page ads in Zebra/Inpress etc. in the last 2 weeks )
and soups sounds like you missed out on the week before when they had two hot chicks covered in balloons...popping them with pins to the sounds of the charlton a couPLe of weeks ago..
I quite enjoyed that. |

are you able to explain what exactly those two things were???
it came on pretty much after
James Holden - Nothing (93 Returning Remix)
and it destroyed whatever 'vibe' there was between
the private school trendies and us. |

was it this saturday?
As I said in the first post...I wasnt there... |
|

yeh, it was this saturday.
i was quite disappointed with Volume actually.
with all the hype its been getting, any reason
to explain the crowd of non-music appreciating
private school trendies, and lack of general
usual 'room' crowds.. i havent been there for
ages, and after saturday i wont be knocking down
the doors to race back there..
however, this thirst dj thing does seem quite appealing,
especially free booze (heinekin im assuming) between
10-12 and seeing tiesto. |

There are now a few trance nights in melb..theyve all got there ups and downs..
r00m- trendy (although I dont see the prob with getting dressed up to go out) - its till pretty much the same r00m crowd it always been...early to late 20's ..Young Upward Professionals...
ZOS/Viper- Muscle bound muzza superstarz
Hard Kandy/Bass Station - Syringes and phat pants
Altitude - a mixture of all of them
what are ya gunna do?...this is clubbing. |
|
|
| Paulie |
r00m crowd is aite, got no problems with it. More often than not up for a good time and not looking for trouble. Its what you make of your own nite, not what others do or where they come from. ;)
what time you playing JPL, cause fri nites means i gotta call it early, cause i got busy saturdays. |
