Can't find this song

I would like to find somewhere to buy the track, Airbag - Save tonight. It's a remix and I can't find it anywhere. Markski had it on his "Ski Mix 10" album. I want to find it on a single or the album that has the complete song on it. If anyone can help me out, I would greatly appreciate it. Maybe it has another name that I am not finding?
