where the is Carl Cox and why the has he not come to toronto. A damn good scene in my opinion.

| Carl Cox has a messed up affair with TO. Hes been booked to play here a few times and has never showed up/missed his flight etc etc etc. To add to that he cancelled his gig here last summer due to SARS. Something always seems to UP when Carl is set to play here. |
