| I'm wondering what are some good monitors to get for a Bedroom DJ, I'm looking for really good sound quality. Give me some ideas guys. |

| anything by event. the 20/20 active monitor sounds great, and is not that harsh on the wallet. |

yeah i have event 20/20 for hmmm 3-4 years now...i did blow a woofer or 2;) ..but they cover 1 on warranty and i had to pay for the other...i like them alot... |

Im gettin me a pair of Event TR8s...250 each, but the guy at the store told me it was the best deal I could get for under 600 USD
I heard a demo too and they sound pretty ing awesome |

| Wow, everyone has event monitors, even me! I got a pair of PS6's, I personally I like them alot. Very Crisp highs and warm mids. Bass is very flat, but lacks some low endcompared to the 20/20s or TR8s, but this is your bedroom right? I just adjust to them by mixing a little light on the bass when doing mixes. |

Im dying to get the Event SPN-8 monitors *creams* they are immaculate.
Good inexpensive monitors are Behringer TRUTH ($299 + shipping) & Alesis M1 MKII ($399 + shipping)... talk to DJ Tranz about a TA discount at djmart.com ;) |

| my friend got event tr8 monitors a few months back. Best damn monitor for the money. If only i had the $$$ :( |

The Truth's imo sound very flat and the lower end is laking. But for the price they will do the job. If you can save up a little more you should go with the Events. They kick the crap out of the Truth's as well as any monitor in there price range and even some above. |
