| I shared music made by myself and family that was made just for the fun of it and not for money, and wasn't copywrited? I mean, they couldn't arrest you just because you shared only music that you and family produced for the heck of it... it would piss them off... |

| the thing about the RIAA is that they are against the ILLEGAL sharing of music. do you see them giving iPod a hard time? no...of course not. they are just against illegal sharing of copyrighted material. obviously if you own your intellectual work and you decide to share it, that's not illegal... |

If they thought it was copyrighted and they take you to court they will have to prove that the stuff you were sharing was copyrighted. |
