I feel that not many people know Dave 202
Well, maybe i'm just wrong, i just don't hear people talk about him a lot
This guy really produced top quality uplifting/epic tracks !
If you love that stuff, please check out Silver Ocean and Baracuda
Really uplifting, and at the same time banging !
They could be as much loved as Souvenir de Chine really !
Silver Ocean is not that new i agree
I just made discover Dave 202 to some guys and they were very happy of it !

Yes, indeed, Dave 202 is another great SWISS artist.
I've heard him playing on Energy 2001, ok he wasn't really that good (pitch was way too slow) but he rocks as producer (more than hundred times better than Pulsedriver :D).
You didn't mention The Streetparade Hymn 2000 (Believe In Love). That one was VERY popular too. But his best track is DEFINATELY Barracuda! When I heard that one for the first time, I was like going nuts. I directly ordered the vinyl :rolleyes:
At The End isn't that great (even if it's also made by Phil Green ("Das Erwachen" -> Great, old track!)). But I'm looking forward to hear more from him. |

Oh yes that's right i forgot about Believe in love, i heard this one today for the first time actually
I agree At the End is not as good, but it's still very nice :)
As you i went nuts the first time i heard Baracuda !
I first heard it in a Dumonde liveset
I was like "ahhh!!! what's this track??!!!"
And it took me a while to find its name
And even longer to download it !
I finally got the vinyl 2 months ago or so :)
I was so happy when i saw it listed on Dancegrooves because i couldn't find Dave 202 stuff anywhere ! |

Yeah ! he's great ! the best tune from him is BARACUDA ! whaou ! what a tune ! a lot of emotion inside ! and very very banging ! AT THE END is good too, but I prefer BARACUDA ! I don't know why he is not know ! that's strange...because his productions are AWESOME !
That's all I have to says about DAVE 202 !

hehe, okay, i'm glad to hear i'm not the only one to find it so weird he's not that known !
Personally, i think it's a shame
I want to hear more stuff from him !
there's a mixed CD by him i saw, with almost all his tracks in it
maybe i'll buy it

| Hahah.. I know how you feel C-Naptik. I've also heard it in the Dumonde Set for the first time, actually I don't own that Set (Dumonde Live @ SSL.. could anyone send it to me?), but I've heard a sample and found out what it is.. Grrrrreat :D |

I think the set i heard was called Live @ RPR or something
In 3 parts, DJ Jam-X first, then DE Leon, and then together
It was around Feb or March...

Barracuda is one of my fave tracks all time, does anyone have it on mp3, all I have is the rip from the dumonde set I would love love love to have the mp3, if anyone has it could they please icq me at 3792122
