Which kind of speakers system you use for the Home Use DJ Booth ?
Hifi System ?
Home Theatre System ?
Or a Amp Powered Speakers ?

In my previous set up I had 2 x E&M SC203 Professional Monitors(literally cost USD $1.00 per 1watt of RMS power, and these were 700watts RMS Each Speaker) ran by Crown XLS 602 Pro DJ Amp, + 2 x Cerwin Vega LS12 3way Fuse protected, w/built in x-overs as my floor speakers and these were ran by another Crown XLS602 Pro DJ Amp.
But financial needs caused me to sell that set up.
Currently I have:
2 TurboSound TCS20 Monitors-damn things are amazing for only having dual 5"LF drivers
ran by Crest Audio CPX1500 amplifier
most likely will be adding 2 x Turbosound TQ-440SP for main floor speakers:
I always recommend using equipment designed for dj use, ie. Monitor speakers active or as I have passive monitors and professional DJ Amlifiers.

CV LS12's.. hah. I used to use a pair of those for spinning records. no longer, they are now in my home theatre.. where they belong.
I'm using mackie C300's now. when at home, I use a nice little alesis ra100 amp (75watts/ch) beacuse that's all I need in an apartment.
but when I take them out, I use a rane MA6 amp, which drives three C300s w/ 300W RMS.
C300 and the powered version, SRM450, are great speakers |

| I'm using my Pioneer home theater speakers right now. That said, I've bought two JBL SF-15 about 2 months ago and they're just sitting in the living room waiting for an amp. I'm debating between Crown XLS 402 & 602 :confused: |

602 is the flagship on that line. it's a sweet amp, but you have to decide how much power you really need. my 402 can really handle my speakers, which really pack a punch at 500 watts each. depending on the specs for your speakers, you can look up how the 402 and the 602 will perform. |
