well if the backup from yesterday was used for today, those posts had the previous days date of posting so if you move them forward one day, they will say they were yesterday when they were actually two days ago from today |

Yeah that's what I figured, I was just wondering if it was just me or if the relative time on the server is screwed up. |

no because bdays are in the database for each user and hte database runs off of whatever the server time is on, which should be as close to the real time as possible
so when the clock of the database hits the bday of the users it puts up the thingy to say its that person bday |

the servers time isn't screwed up, its the time that was saved for each post that is screwed |

Nothing is screwed.. the posts that were made 'yesterday' were in fact made 'yesterday'..
The thread preview thingy works now - starting on new threads, that is. |
