lots of power and emotion..
best track on the album IMO is Blue Midnight, shivers all over.. :crazy:
most powerful track is definitely Trance-Parent.
R.E.S.P.E.C.T. is supposed to be the next single, but i think Trance-Parent will cause much more mayhem on the dancefloor!
ironically Electric Eclipse is the worst track on the album.
and by 'worst' i don't mean it's bad, on the contrary..
overall a very good album and definitely a must-buy!!

| blue midnight is pretty low-quality trance if you ask me. I agree with Airbase... M.I.K.E. just doesn't put very much energy into his music. I've got my favorites, but overall his music is way to repetitive and formulaic. |

clearly you don't know what you are talking about.
Mike is one of the hardest working producers in the scene
and clearly you've only heard the ASOT rip of Blue Midnight
if you were to listen to the high quality version on the album, you'd notice it is a very complex track. |

how can u think that M.I.K.E. is not good?
i cant believe i am hearing this
first off, M.I.K.E. is mostly respected by me for his simplicity, simple beats, simple bassline, and simply amazing melodies, and yet u and airbase still think hes not good enough

I am not at all of the same opinion as Im beeing claimed to be in this topic. I actually think this his new album has some of the best tracks Mike has yet done, some can be quite some future classics!

This track refers to my nickname M.I.K.E. (anyway, the dots do)
I called this track R.E.S.P.E.C.T. cause that¡¯s what I feel when making music¡¦
And that¡¯s what my music stands for¡¦ having respect for each other. Well in fact the support of the fans is important to me and one day I played at Gatecrashers NEC in 2002 and someone was holding up a banner saying the words ¡°.. and on the 7th day God created M.I.K.E.¡± (check the pic on the Bonzai site). I would never exist without my fans and this record is dedicated to them.

I was influenced by the sun-eclipse back in 2000, when I was writing this track
I remember the cold rush that came down to earth when the moon crossed the sun.
A scary cold atmosphere¡¦ but when the sun came back¡¦ then you see how precious & fragile LIFE is¡¦ I was watching the sun-eclipse together with my old fellows from the Bonzai Music label, quite an experience that brought us closer together¡¦

When it comes to real trance music, this is the sound I prefer¡¦

First single taken from this album back in 2003.
This track was originally a remix, but at the end I decided to keep it for myself, as it was way to different from the original.
It was a quite good follow up to ¡°TRANCEFORMATION¡± in the vain of ¡°The Legacy¡±. It came along with a Rank1 Remix.
- Universal Nation 2003 -
A re-work of this all time monster-track was not that easy.
As there were previous mixes done by Ferry Corsten & Oliver Lieb. I re-polished it a bit with a more groovy loop & uplifting hook¡¦
I still prefer the original one of course!!! Can¡¯t beat that one!!! Originally it was a B-side which I made when I was having a big emotional breakdown, yes indeed this record really made my cry inside and outside ¡¦
- TRANCEFORMATION (vs Globe) -
This track was co-written by Japanese top-producer Tetsuya Komuro.
I started this track as a remix project for ¡°globe¡±, but we both liked the end result, so we decided to release it under Push vs globe.
Came in a special package with the Universal Nation 2003 Remix. Tetsuya got very interested in my music after Strange World, he is the biggest electronic producer in Japan. Our record companies got us together when I played for the Belgian National Football Team in Tokyo during the World Cup 2002 and from one thing came another ¡¦

One of the all time PUSH classics.
We all know we are living in a ¡°Strange World¡± and after the stressful moments we experience, this remix is aiming to those who want to sit back and relax.
As the Club Mix took control over the dance-floors, this mix makes you close your eyes, sit back & remember the good old days¡¦ For me this is just a cool nice chilly remix that brings me back to my senses.
