as for regular canadian beers...well..dont drink em much unless on a low budget, in which case i go for blue cos thats the cheapest |

Well I work for the Beer Store so I know this.
What I should have said is that all high-alcoholic beers that come from out of province are going up. I'm not to sure about Ontario-made beers, but I was under the impression that they were going up as well. But I know Bull Max, Old E, etc went up as of today. |

Keiths is owned by Labatts.
My favorite microbrew is Big Rock out of Alberta. The "Grasshopper" is quite good as long as you stick solely to drinking that. (changing beers in the same drinking session doesn't taste good when you're drinking Grasshopper.) |

Canadian beer isn't bad, but I prefer Belgian and German (esp. Bavarian) beer.
