Why is Tiesto so erratic all of a sudden? (pg. 2)

this is the kind of attitude that make the fans of pop music SO idiotic. They don't even listen to the music, they just follow the name. the word "tiesto" DOES NOT show if he is good or not. the words "tiesto's work" is what shows if he is good or not. THIS IS AMBIENT music. Is it good? NO, NOT AT F=CKING ALL. it's not TOOOOOO sophisticated for me. i've started taking a like into ambient/chilled music with Solar Stone's latest mix. NONE of the chilled/ambient songs on Tiesto's Album compares to ANY song on that album. ACCEPT IT. He attempted to succeed in other genre's and FAILED. Tiesto! Please go back to making trance!!!!! |

OMG! I thought I was the only one that compared this album to Chicane's. LOL
The album DOES grow on you after the first 2-3 times you listen to it.
Just listen to it with an open ear, and lounge out. Don't classify it as trance, just electronic music. |

Yeah hope so.. any words on that one?...
by the way the good tracks on the cd KICK ASS!!.. but the rest is indeed too much ambient.. too bad, Still tiesto ROCKS!

every track for me too ! i think tiesto has done it again...i like the amount attention he has devoted to some tracks...u can vividly hear lot of different sounds...almost throughout some tracks...
its funny...cos i even like battleship grey ! IMHO...great album...better than System-f's...and comparable to Behind the Sun. |

| There is a reason that Tiesto did his album the way he did. I don't know if the majority of you guys know this but Tiesto did his first U.S. club not to long ago when he did magic 7. In an interview regarding that album and him further touring the US, he stated that he is going to bring a new trance sound to the US. He doesnt want to be Oakenfold ( who isnt really that great, he just was the first to bring it all to the US ). Tiesto wants to be better than Oakenfold and bring something new to the platter. |
