need help ,i'm bleeding (pg. 2)

yeah im a survivor, im going to go to those self-help groups of people that also have survived and we can all sit on fold-out-chairs and talk about our experiences, then some people will cry and break down and the moderator will have to say
"lets all thank so-and-so for coming and sharing their experience with us" and we'll say thank you
then there will be like a break and there's some coffee and donuts over on a table over there and ill pour some coffee into a styrofoam cup but the coffee is the nasty insta-coffee that tastes like and i won't even finsh it and it's too hot and it burns my mouth.
Yeah i pretty much got it all figured out :D |

| You shouldn't really put the wound under water if you'd want to stop bleeding. Keep your hand up high, apply pressure below the wound and wait for a while. Gause also helps if it's fastened tight enough. But really, duct tape??? |

i did all that
i know i dont have any band-aids or gauze or anything. duct tape was the only thing i had
:(
it stopped though |

Question: (maybe I just missed it)
Were you drinking alcoholic beverages when the injury occurred?
If so... that's probably why you wouldn't stop bleeding.

I'm teasing, sweetheart.
It could be any ONE of MANY factors. I mean, even if it's not a deep cut, a scratch can take AGES to stop bleeding. Take it from a gal who is very clumsy.
