just go have fun.
as was said, its going to be hot, so wear comfortable light breathable clothes. and be sure to bring some cash for water and other drinks.
if you want info on raves in your area, i'm sure there is prolly some local message boards where the local crew hangs out and posts info on upcoming events. you can prolly meet some people there that will give you info on the local scene.
and ignore the jaded people who despise candy kids and pacifiers and whatnot.
yeah the whole candy kid stuff is really stupid and silly, but who cares? they just wanna be cool. just have fun. |

| Alright people, I'm going to tell you a small story about a friend of mine from high school named Kevin Locke, Kevin was a late bloomer into the after-hours scene, at age 20-21, he became a 'party-er' very quickly as he found the wonderous world of narcotics (No thanks to me :happy2: ) and enjoyed the good music of trance and house. After a few weeks though, I had let him be amongst the people, and quickly he changed. At a Mauro Picotto party, I met Kevin, the raver baby moron, dressed in full bagginess, glow sticks and band up the ying yang, and a glow in the dark pacifier, which he was sucking on at the time. After quickly assessing the situation, I called the red alert and made some quick evasive manuevers, and literally slapped it out of his mouth, and told him if he ever dresses like that again, I will have to end his life for the better cause of mankind, and the human gene pool. Scared and on E (a good thing) Kevin understood what I was saying, and after a bit of public humiliation, and some good man to man talking, he realized that dressing like a baby, will get people to treat you like one, especially from people like me. If you honestly want people to take you seriously at a rave, the one thing you do not do is dress like a twit. Be original and interesting, but not tacky and flaky, thats what high school kids do. |

| For the sake of argument, if she or anyone else were taking xtc, they would need something to bite down on. Those pills make your jaws clench, and pacifiers are usually the best thign to bite down on, albeit one of the silliest. I used to do xtc, but I quit 2 years ago. |
