Virus C re-set?

Does anyone know if you can reset the Virus c to how it rolled out of the factory/
I cant find any info on this in the manual:conf:

| i think, if you reinstall the os, it will be resetted.. |

| i believe you hold down the shape nob while turning on the virus (can't remember off the top of my head but it's in the manual) |
