| Today I was watchin' BBC news and they played Sarah McLachlan - Black (William Orbit Mix) for about a second, max. I was wondering if any other TA's have been able to pick out songs on TV from small little snippets like that? I've noticed that for all the lack of respect that EDM gets, it actually gets a lot of use on TV as background music. |

| I've heard 'paul van dyk - we are alive' and 'dj tiesto - urban train' used as background music during TRL on MTV. Those songs don't belong on TRL or MTV for that matter even as background music. |

agreed... edm gets no respect, or for that much exposure here in the US and thats the way I like it, for now. I know it sounds selfish but i dont really feel like the kids at my high school groovin to James Holden with me. |
