I suggest you get your lazy ass to the clinic and get it tested. If you are then i suggest morally you should choose the path you want to take , thats for your BF or lover, hes a fool for shooting his beans inside the love nest. Jesus whats wrong with ppl these days, you never heard of a condom....

This is the exact reason i have waited and am still waiting to have sex. i am not ready at 18 to support a family. No way. I am sorry to sound like an ass, but before you did these things, did you ever think about the consequences that could come as a result instead of just the pleasures? |

You may be 15 but it sounds like you're about to grow up real fast. I'm sorry you didn't learn your lesson the first time, but I hope you learn it this time. You are too young to be having sex, and too young to have a child, with this I agree. However, that does not change the fact that what may be growing inside you is human life. You and your partner have a responsiblity to see your actions out through the end. It sounds as if your parents did a horrible job of teaching you the consequences and responsibility that go along with sex. I hope they now have the decency and compassion to help you through this. I'm sorry I'm sounding so harsh, I do feel for your situation, maybe if it was your first time I would feel slightly different. However, any compassion I have for you is greatly overshadowed for the compassion I have for the life inside of you. You did the wrong thing by having sex, protected or not at your age, when the possiblity of having a child is not feasible. Now you have the chance to do the right thing and not ruin the life of child inside of you. It's time to hold yourself culpable and see through what you alone have started. |
Heh, I partially agree with you here. The only part I don't quite agree with is that it was wrong to have sex at her age. It's not an impossible concept for kids to realize full amount of possible consequences of sexual act, and if they're smart enough to protect themselves, I don't see why they should not engage in sexual activities.
Now, as for the current situation at hand, you pretty much do have to tell your parents what happened. If you don't you basically have 2 options, either to surprise them with a baby or to have an illegal abortion which can often bear the consequences like serious infections or not being able to have kids later in life. Now, personally I must say that it seems like your parents have raised you in a wrong way and that you're a totally spoiled little brat. If you consider your parents to be capable of taking most of the burden of child raising upon themselves, then I would advise against the abortion. If not...well, I won't give you any advice. In that case it's a rather difficult choice on whether to end a life that has high chances of being screwed up. |

The ultimate goal, no matter what anyone says, of sex is to reproduce (or to repair dangling telomeres, if you want to get really specific). Having protected sex attempts (and I emphasize attempts) to make sex about pleasure instead of reproduction. However, even the most secure of contraception techniques have their margins of error. When you are having sex, protected or not, there is always the possibility that the original goal of sex, reproduction, will occur. Therefore, unless you are willing to take responsibility for the child that may be "formed" by having sex, you should not have sex. I think 15 year olds are nowhere near ready to have sex. You can take your chances at that age and have sex, but that is irresponsible and immature. Only when two individuals are willing to take responsibility for all the results that sex can bring should they begin having it. This is something her parents should have taught her. |

Squish, on what basis exactly do you think you are pregnant? Did you actually get tested or are you just 1 day late for your period? You said "I think I'm pregnant" - if you got tested you'd know, and if you didn't get tested then why the hell are you making such a big deal about it already?
Sorry to be an ass about it but find out for sure before making a whole stink, damn it. And if you really are pregnant, I don't have much sympathy since you've already admitted that it's the second time which shows that you are OBVIOUSLY completely irresponsible and didn't learn your lesson the first time, but the fact is that you have two choices:
(a) talk to your parents, or
(b) get an abortion.
That's it. Pick one and deal with it. If you don't pick one or the other then your parents are obviously going to find out eventually anyway, so you might as well start thinking about it now.
Chalk up another script for the Jerry Springer show... |

| Out of curiousity, how is it that the condom "didn't work?" Did it come off during sex? Was there some drippage? Or are you claiming that sperm went through the latex?? |

The "condom didn't work" can actually be a very valid claim, if the condoms aren't used properly. Unfortunately, too, alot of people don't realize that condoms are not 100% effective when used properly, BUT, not everyone knows the PROPER way to use condoms.
(Before you turn into smartasses, what I'm referring to is: what types of lubrication you can and cannot use with certain types of condoms, the condom must be placed properly on the penis, with the proper amount of room in the "resevoir tip" so none can actually be pushed up out of the top of the condom, HOLD THE CONDOM WHEN REMOVING, while penis is still erect... etc.) Considering that the people involved are quite young, they might not be aware of how one simple mistake from the PROPER PROCEDURE OF CONDOM APPARREL (hehe) can have big consequences.
sorry.
I had to do it.
