When I was working on strictly weight loss, I used to walk on the treadmill for up to an hour and 34 minutes. I would clear 6 miles on the machine, but DAMN, running for 4, now that's awesome, dude. :) 
Now I only do up to 45 minutes, and I clear 2.5 to 3 miles.
My music keeps me alive in the gym. :D |
