10 days ago i quit smoking after going through a pack and half a day for ten years.
I dont wish anyone to start smoking. i understand people that want to experiment with cig since thats what i did, in my case in eventually led to an addiction.
My experience is that the first cig you smoke because you have nothing else to do, or you are waiting for somebody and it is a way of passing time, or because your bored etc, that cig is the really bad one, thats when you get truly hooked. once the thought arises that you want a cigarette when you are by yourself thats when you really choose between addiction and freedom. i the thought arises you better watch out, and dont have that cigarette. |

You're only gonna have this feeling of disorientation for about a month or two. After that you won't feel , and you will be sick of smoking but unable to quit. Trust me i know. |
