That one track...

At this very moment last year, I lost my love for trance. I moved on to progressive and started loving it. Now I've lost my love for progressive. I believe I've outgrown most EDM in the worst way. The only song I still like is Tilt - Children (Breeder Remix). I was wondering if there were any people on this board (and I know there are some) that don't really care for trance anymore but still love a single trance track. Maybe some of the tracks you list will rekindle my love...

So True

One should never devote him/herself entirely to one genre. Surely you would lose your taste in some food too if you ate it every day.

I have been listening to electronic/trance music for almost 10 years now, before that I was into pop/rock & hard rock/metal. About a year or so ago, i found myself losing interest in electronic-type music...and starting to get back into pop/rock (i wanted to hear some guitars!)

I was beginning to think i was done with trance/EDM....but in the last 4 or 5 months, i've started listening to more and more electronic, and less pop/rock.

What did it for me was going to see Richie Hawtin DJ in January.
He spins techno/house, which isn't my favourite form of EDM, but
i felt refreshed & energized after seeing him spin..and wanted to hear more.

Keep trying different genres, and something will spark some interest, and this in turn will rekindle your interest in trance..
