Post the most obscure, unheard of, weird artist/release that you know of + some info on it (preferably some samples). What genre it is is of no importance. I'll start:

FRX - FRX (Accelmuzhik)

A weird mix of noise, ragga influences and numbskull jungle breakbeats at around +30.

V/VM is probably some of the most bizarre things I've come across. Truth & Lies is a really ed up glitch tech affair, and then last time I saw something new from them, they had made this concept album based on all those old elevator music tracks that are played on The Shining. Very disturbing stuff if you have already seen the movie. I like :D And all those Aphex Twin-pisstakes are quite funny as well.

i love v/vm's sick and perverted sense of humour. most of their releases are pretty damn good, but sick love, a special night... and pig are imho their best ones.

also really political, well produced super emotional maximum terror breaks by stunt rock, the parker tapes by cassette boy, beautiful people by ammo, sweet pain by sonic dragolgo and also meine beine sind schlangen... by barom one/brezel göring all deserve honourable mention.

and let's not forget the (now) infamous esp with their legendary live shows.

I remember hearing a Casette Boy track called Di And Dodi Do Die or something, was a quite hilarious cut and paste with a tape deck-affair. Didn't know he had made a whole album, will check :)

edit: just noticed that Nymphomatriarch = Hecate and Venetian Snares  I love them both. The u-ziq/drill kinda stuff on Zhark and Planet Mu is great, just too bad that it's almost impossible to get a hold of anything from it around here. Weird that they've released stuff on Hymen though, last stuff I heard from there was The Wirebug - The Uncontrollable H Disease, which is more noizecore/rhythmic noise than the more IDM/drill n bass-related stuff they usually do.
