| Those LAN parties are over the weekend. You bring your own computer and usually compete in tournaments. The major tournament is always counter-strike 5on5 played based on CAL (cyberathelete amateur league) rules. The last lqjr, PL5, I attended with a team and won the CS event - $750. It's not quite the same as going to Battlenet for a fun night out :). |

Pretty sure you dont have a laptop. LAN party's are nice with like 10-20 people... I'm sure you lose too much time with all the organisation at those big events. |
