Yea, I read another horror story about fisting gone terribly wrong. I'm not gonna repost it since it is just too painful to read, but it basically ended up with the guy getting his anal sphincter ruptured and the girl breaking her wrist.
Still, this is no reason why this should be a no-no, as the times when it does go wrong are simply due to human error, just like any experimental form of sex really.
