I really enjoy reading People, Cosmo, US Weekly, and all of those other trashy magazines, but I rarely sit around and obsess about wondering if this person THAT I DON'T EVEN KNOW actually did it.
WHile you say that they're "chill" or "lax" or whatever, if you don't truly know the person and all of their strange idiosyncratic behaviors, you aren't qualified to say whether or not there was really a chance they actually did it.
Sorry if that sounds rude, but come ON guys. Havn't YOU ever done anything that was very uncharacteristic of your normal behavior?
