| I'd be inclined to say if you're motive is so that you can beat somebody up, that nobody should give you any advice |

Most people train their chess to look bigger, which is wrong. You should train your schoulders and your back muscles (The muscles that are located on your lower back, more to the side of you body). Training those muscles will make you look more buff. For kicking someones ass I guess your tit-muscles + biceps should be trained.
If you need this info for beating someone up your a little late thow... You'll need at leat 6 months of training to see some (real) difference |

steroids.
ok just kidding. i suggest you start looking at a lifting program and start a good diet (you wont see results without a proper intake of protein), or learn to run faster so you dont get beat up. |

You can't work out everyday unless you're a trained professional. Always leave at least one day between to give your muscles rest. Train tops 3 days a week. Your muscles grow AFTER you train (aka the day rest) not DURING your training. Meaning if you train everyday your muscles don't get a proper chance of recovering and increasing in size. |

do u wanna look big or be strong? cuz to look big you can do it quicker w/o actually building much muscle mass. if u wanna be strong it's gonna take a while.
as for beating people up, take in some martial arts instruction. but they will prolly make u not wanna fight anyways. |
