I only like sweet iced tea. Nothing extra in it...just sugar.

Depends on what tea it is. English breakfast tea is just milk. I used to have sugar, but went off it. Green tea on the other hand is 100% on its own. Aww...I want some tea. :(

I drink everything straight. Coffee and tea. Tea I love basically everything but the fruity . Huge fan of mint, I love Smoked Terry (tastes like dirt, its awesome), and the dragon balls (hand rolled green tea leaves that you can use for 6 cups) are great.

but, you know me, Ill drink anything.

I used to drink coffee, but I switched over to tea a while ago because I didn't like the tricks coffee was playing with my stomach. Anyway I typically drink a couple cups a day at work. I usually don't put anything in them because I like the subtle flavor, but I keep a wide variety of teas on hand to mix and match. Anyway, if you're looking for high caffeine any black tea will do. Generally I mix it up between green tea (mild to moderate caffeine) and a black earl grey. I just bought some white tea (virtually no caffeine) which is supposedly pretty good and the "rarest" tea in the world or something like that, but I haven't tried it yet. If you're looking for tea that's fairly handy to make at work, I would suggest the republic of tea:

They have a wide variety of flavored teas (in unbleached teabags) contained in tins to keep them fresh. It's perfect for my workplace where they have water fountains with hot water spigots.
