| heh, im thinking something bigger something for around 200 people. i went on the guvernment site and they seem to be offering to rent the place for special events, but i dunno if itll be too expensive and/or too big. |

IV Lounge.
The inside holds about 50-75 people and they also have a patio.
might not hold 200 people - but with the patio it would be close.

"Bside" rents out their space for private parties and it has pretty good sound and set up.
