I'm not sure where this originates from, but I've hade it lying around on my harddrive for quite some time... It's probaly some Illuminati thing...

the guy probably used some software to do it..
I had some software on my Amiga that could make ascii graphics out of pictures.... (you kinda have to squint with your eyes to see what the picture below is supposed to be)

it's a different proggie to the ascii art one, 'cos they just use characters based on their 'density', but this one has actual words, just using colour values |
