Red Carpet - Allright

I have a Tiesto set - dj_tiesto-global_dj_broadcast_(winter_music_conference)_(party_931)-cable-03-07-2004-mim and I know that it is labelled incorrectly because apparently this set didn't happen.
Anyway, The second or third track is this cool kind of housey vocal track that is apparently called Red Carpet - Allright. Although I couldn't find this track anywhere. Someone in another thred suggested that it was Narcotic Thrust - I like it(Tom Mangan Mix) However this clearly is not the track.
Does anyone know if the track is actually Allright by Red Carpet? And if so, where do I get it from?

and the correct date of the set is 3/10/2004 |

"Red Carpet" is a Belgian production and they are the same people as "Sweet Coffee" |
