Can you guys say where in the set or in which mixes he did, I didn't hear any trainwrecks, all i heard where beats that were barley off, so can you elaborate.

Oh yea, that recent misja helsoot set on TA had a huge trainwreck in the 7th min. and I've heard a couple techno dj's like UMEK and Carl Cox trainwreck, but understandable since they usually are mixing on so many turntables.

Ummm... Okay? Am I trying to be funny? No. I'm just laughing at myself for the fact that I still have the set somewhere. So go get that stick out of your ass that's causing so many people to think lowly of you and your posts.

And he DID trainwreck as a whole. Tracklisting was horrid, mixing wasn't up to par, at all, and it was just an overall boring listen.

have any sets on your computer where the dj trainwrecks?

one of the early ASOTs, if not the first
where he starts off with exhale, and the train just flys off the tracks.

i believe a "trainwreck" occurs during the transition of tracks when a DJ fails to beatmatch/adjust tempo correctly and the bass gets all mixed and ed up.

Feel free to correct me though

that was a skipping CD not an actual ed up mix (he wasn't even bringing in another track when it happened). Not that I consider Paul noteworthy for his mixing, but you have to be fair.

I dont remember what tracks they were, been hella long since i heard it... but i do remember he was mixing into one of the tracks that got really really big..

now techno is a sloppy genre period, most dj mixing pretty sloppy, they use a lot of tricks while mixing it too, its kinda reminds me of hip hop mixing, where they only use tricks to mix and not beatmatch
