| Is this true that doom III comes out on June 15th? Buy Doom III |

| i wouldnt get too caught up in it. id's aproach to this game has always been "when its done its done". they have said summer and thats as specific as it gets. crapy media put dates on things but its all unoficial. the best you can hope for is soon this summer. |

That has been Id’s approach to every game, with the possible exception of Quake II. It's the right approach to have in my book too. :) |

Im sure the requirements will be super high for the recommendations..
if anything, Im sure the thing most people will need to upgrade other than processor/memory will be their Video Cards. |

| doom 3 ran pretty good on my geforce4mx440. There is a video out there running d3 on a geforce 3. however, from id, the real game is gonna need 1 gig of ram and "perfect to run" on an nvidia card |

it should be perfect on the nvidia. they are working along side them i do believe. |

This usually works but when you give an estimate as they and valve did for winter 2003, then spring 2004 and now fall 2004 its a little rediculous. They should just keep quiet from the beginning or make a surprise release the E3 directly before their release, not 3 E3's before the release. |

the pc version is going to be superior to xbox... so why the hell did they take out co op mode from the pc version???!
playing co op with a friend on 2 computers is what FPS games need these days. Its fun to go do deathmatch for a few hourr... but wouldnt you rather do the whole game with a friend having your back? Stupid Xbox is going to have coop, but who wants to play split screen or on crappier graphics =\ shame |
