| There isnt a whole lot to be said in these situations unfortunately. God Bless. I hope his family stays strong and that whatever pain he was trying to escape didnt follow him. |

| my dads dad (aka my grandfather) killed him self when my dad was in grade seven ( i think) i havn't talked to him about it but i can imagin that would be really ed up. |

yeah, its a messed up situation.
my friends mom committed suicide in a park, we found out before he did, and we were bowling with him. Talk about uncomfortable.
Just be there for him, my friend almost lost his high paying job over it, could have ruined his life but we stepped in and helped. |

| i'm so sorry to hear that. the same thing happened to me when I was about 9 or so (8 years ago). my best friend's family moved away for about a year and then they came back suddenly. They were supposed to be out of the country for quite a while, but it turned out that my friend's dad had shot himself. i hope that your friend and his family are doing okay, god bless. |
