What DJ's have impressed U so far this year?

For me....
Astura, Octagen, M.I.K.E., Euphonic, LoLo, Re:locate, System F and DJ Orkidea...Orkidea always catches me when I am not expecting it ; )
Not exactly in any order by the way. |

| PVD has really impressed me since Summer Stage of last year. I thought is set was ok at SS, but I think his best set since then was Roxy on 2-27. AVB was good at Roxy on 4-9. The DJ that impressed me the most was Sander @ Space during the WMC. I didn't even bother listening to Tiesto that night, Sander was just that good. |

Adam Sheridan/monika Kruse have thrown down some sick sets. Same with Chris Liebing, even though i cant really take him for more then 2 hours. w00t! |

PvD has been ridiculous since Summerstage IMO...his set last Nov at the Roxy was redonkulous and his Space set at WMC was off the wall..he played awesome trance...Super 8 - Alba, Loves Comes Again, Holding Onto Nothing...etc.
Danny Howells last arc set was one for the books and I'd have to say the best set I have heard in recent years and maybe even the best party I have ever been to was Sander's Space Terrace set at this years WMC. |

I would have ot say Arturo B. and Victor Dinaire so far have really set me up for a great year thus far. A lot of local Dallas DJs have impressed me as well.
So far it's been a great year for music, I hope it doesn't stop anytime soon! |

PVD (only from November tho), RANK 1...and Sasha. AVB was pretty good -- but these 3 events were better. Personally i would include Ferry (from hearing his sets they were siiick -- and i have always loved his parties da BEST) but i have yet to go to one of his events since September 2003 Labour of Love - SUXORS...
hmmz Tiesto COULD be on this list soon enuff...if he doesnt disappoint wid his upcoming tour...i do like his new stuff so we'll see |
