agree on the 10 second egg rule... but poached eggs are definitly the way to go !!
if i have to eat omelets then i add ketchup while theyre on the pan --- mmmm makes them taste so dam good ! |

| No preference really .. either is good. I don't eat a lot of omelettes though, so I guess I have to go with the sunny-side up option. |

You must be doing some serious work outs to give you the most energy hehehe
My dad use to be a body builder and drank raw eggs to get that extra boost.
I like having egg whites. get like 3 egg whites in a bowl beat it with the mixer machine till it goes like a big foam ball add banannas and suger hmmmmmm the best. |
