Ok, some more info.. hopefully i will dispell more confusion than I cause.
The $10 per person includes beer and the cost of renting the place, equipment, etc, but i don't think they budgeted for any food. BBQ was suggested by me seeing as it's memorial day weekend it would be sacreligous not to! (I love me a barbacue :tongue2)
Since they're aren't any supermarkets close to this location, I could handle the BBQ arrangements. I will buy a lot of the staples - hamburgers, hotdogs, sausage maybe, buns, ketchup (or maybe catsup?), mustard, BBQ sauce, lettuce, and onions. If you want to bring your own food you're welcome to, if not please bring a few bucks for me. Unless we can cover this with the $10 a person, we'll see...
BTW, some other unanswered questions and my suggestions.
When does it start?
I say 4 or 5pm (but maybe we should say 2 seeing how late certain individuals show up :whip: )
What kind of kegs should we get?

| BUD LIGHT. As for time, I agree with 4-5pm. BUt then again, 2 sounds good. Only thing is that i wont be able to make it till late ne ways. I think i gotta work that day. But ill be able to party ALL NIGHT! w00t w00t! Cant wait.....I thik I'll be bringin my camera AGAIN this time...SO dun be surprised if u see me up in ur face with a bright ass light. LoLz...Late.. |
