The Lizard Man MAURO PICOTTO returns to Avalon in a bi-monthly rhythm with each set whetting the appetites of both his techno and trance fans here in New York. Never one to be put in a box, Mauro says, "I am not a Techno DJ nor a Trance DJ nor a house DJ, I’m just a DJ, I play music I like and think that can change the atmosphere in a club. I wish people would be more open minded sometimes, after all there's only two types of music...good or bad!" After 20 years as a DJ, Mauro has risen to the top of his game with a series of productions and remixes from everybody from Josh Wink to U2. Lately he’s been busy showcasing his Meganite party around the world in Italy, Germany, Netherlands, and the UK.
