I meant strictly a pizza store, not some party place for 4 year olds with an arcade. |

| any off the books job owned by a family business that has to do with preparing food is ty. You work in a cramped ty area, with hot ovens, and ty people, and chances are you'll have a ty boss. It's even worse when you're a girl. And unless it's a nice pizza place or a restaurant, you're gettin ty pay too.:whip: |

Let's not even get started with how bad working at the joint Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts was...
Stupid customers always wanted Mint Chocolate Chip at night. It was the first fecking ice cream to freeze over. WTF?! |

you just described Stobie's Pizza. Those bastards..
We had a gino bar just down the street, and we stayed open till 4 am, every goddamn day. Would serve hundreds of people a night. The only good part was saving the slices that we dropped on the floor and served them to maggots and ginos that would give us a hard time. :disbelief |

| Well it all depends on what position you get hired for..Delivery is a dream..I just rode around in my car with trance blaring on the system..meanwhile taking pot breaks at every opportunity...you can get pretty thirsty so I got one of those 52oz. refillable cooler cups and fill it with slurpee b4 I clocked in...it costs about 76 cents to refill so turns out it was a job made in heaven... |

| I work at one right now actually. It's not too bad, though. Pay is decent and my bosses are nice. We're open from 6 to 11.30/12 at night, and it's usually busy from 6 - 9 and then i get to mostly -all after that. A lot of times I get to watch TV and bash Bush with one of my bosses for a couple of hours. Plus I get free food, that's nice. |

I was a delivery driver for a couple of months, it sucked.
-People ALWAYS paid with $50 notes! How the hell do I change that?
-Everyone wants me to kiss their feet for leaving me their 20c of change as a tip. How nice, I can finally pay my way through school.
-The pay rate wasn't stellar; $3.30 a delivery, and some of those were long ones. On quiet nights I would wait at the shop for five hours just to get one delivery.
On the upside, even though I had staff discount, I didn't once pay for pizza... so many pranks and leftovers :) |
