I make a collage or a composition in Photoshop then rundown to the local custom tees store with a color print and they make a shirt for $15. Its not the best quality but beats paying a lot.
Its also very hard to get a shirt color other than white. |

Over here, average price for a T-shirt would probably be $30-$40
