well, for all the others anyway...
Meneedit's guide to not getting caught and ting yourself in the process:

Keep one completely normal window open.. e.g. say some work stuff
now have the other "un-safe" window open but very small. resize it so that you can't see the thumbnails unless you scroll down to them.
this is so that you can quickly bob down open a thumb in a new window and then shoot back up again. minimize the new window; it should be approximately the same size as the other window. Minimize the other if you like. When you've given the full size image enough time to load up click on the new window to maximize it. because of the window's small size you more than likely wont be able to see boobies and stuff like that. -just the corner of the image. now you can save.
repeat over and over and your one happy chap :)
