maybe they have some dodgy version ex-communist/black market version of the guinness book of records in serbia called ginni's book?

"DJ Paul Van Dyk,founder of trance, artist who is in Guinness book of records because of new year of 2000 in London, when he earned 250.000 phunts for 2 hours of playing."
