i.e via a program of some sort ?

and surely .. it would matter what time and what day you did this test.... 5am of a sunday ... phoarr!... where as midday on a weekday not so phoarr! ... just asking .. im not a computer expert |

| wen i download online it like 500 or so... or more, but off kazaa lite or any media player- highest it will go is like 300 kb/sec |

If ur on cable u might be able to uncap ur upload with a program(unless there have been big changes since the last time i was doing this stuff), but u cant change ur dl speed. There was an old program that could do this called UPC. Search google for upc uncap or something if u wanna find it.
If ur gonna try it make sure u follow the instructions very carefully, and btw ur isp might notice if u do this. |
