This is a trance website dedicated to events that promote that type of culture. There is absolutely no way you will gain a good reputation by promoting "JAY T & Company" or other top 40

that party is still edm related... justin stylez and daniela are also promoting parties at the zone, and i remember justin stylez promoting forza @ distrikt and jeff mills at boa... so its not that far off.
if you were throwing a party with some of ure budies djing, and not many people have herd of them, wouldn't still want to let people know what's hapening and ask them to come check it out?

I have no problem when events are promoted becuase of their EDM music.. but when events are promoted out of themes and top 40 music here on a trance board... thats just dumb |

People should promote where the promotion is appropriate.
Promoting these kind of events on TA is simply stupid, and will obviously irritate more than a few people.
Try promoting tampons on kids channel. Kids will get irritated, won't they ? |

whatever man, a lot of people who listen to top40 also check this board... just like a lot of people who listen to techno and hardcore and etc check this board as well. |

But the thing is, they check it for Trance/edm related events... not these top 40 "beach style" parties
This is just a cheap way to promote their events.
Im sure a hip-hop based website would flame a promoter if they posted a "techno" event |
