It will be interesting to see how the clubs enforce it.... last time around they tried, but gave up after awhile, especially since the city didn't have the manpower to enforce it either.
Will they let cigarettes even IN the club??? Will there be cigarette mules "hooping" smokes to get them in???? It certainly promises to be interesting. :toothless |
