Like I mentioned before, I dont know how to get to Orlando, I have a car and everything is ok with that, but the problem is with directions. I barely know how to get to the south beach, so Im going to have a HUGE problem with getting to FLTAs party.
So I thought that maybe I can follow someones car to get to the FLTA, that would be cool, b/c im really worrying that Im not going to make it. If noone can do it, im gonna try to get there anyway, but im not sure if im gonna make it.
If any of you can do it for me, that would be cool.
I live in Kendal area.
If you can do it PM.
thanks |

hello,
i still dont have any infos about this party. there are 2 ways to go to orlando. florida`s turnpike (easy and more secure, but costs some $$) and i-95 (its good, does not cost but its kinda crazy!)
i always travel using mapquest, so as soon patrick (breakinbeats) sends out infos, i'd hop them to mapquest to print address.
hope this helps.
speak soon,

Aight homes my cousins live near Kendal. Take 88th Street (aka Kendal Drive) all the way down like you the opposite way of US1. Make a right when you get to the end of Kendal Drive. Keep going all the way down til you come to Flaggler. You'll see the Mikasuki Bingo directly infront of you. Keep heading straight. Take that road all the way down til you get to another intersection. This 27. Make a left. You will stay on this road for about 3 1/2 hrs. You will pass the following cities: South Bay, Clewiston, Moore Haven, Avon Park and eventually see a sign for Lake Wales. Take that Exit and go all the way til you Bartow. Then you'll see a sign for 1-4. Take it towards Orlando. If you have any questions feel free to pm me or hit me on aim or msn.
peace

thanks to both of you.
I think im going to drive on I-95, but If its not so expensive (like $15 in one way) to go there using turnpike, Im going to use turnpike
Is it much harder to get to Orlando using I-95 than turnpike?
How much does it cost to get to Orlando through the turnpike.
sorry for so obvious questions, but I got my license at the beginning of the may so, I dont know to much about locations/driving in miami area.
EDIT:
thanks Dahippieman for specific explanation. |

The turnpike is faster, less traffic, but costlier with tolls. ($22-$25) If you try to get to I-4 by I-95, your trip will run nearly 4 hours, wheras, by the turnpike should take 3 hours 30 mins, maybe less, depending what speed you travel.
This Friday, I'm hitting the turnpike. |

Both the turnpike and I-95 are mad easy just follow the signs and don't get off til you see "Orlando I-4 EXIT" |

turnpike toll is $10.90 from toll plaza 88 (west palm beach) to the last plaza in orland (few miles before I-4 intersection.) there are a couple of tolls before TP88 for an extra couple of $.
I can do MIA - MCO in about 3.5 hours...
