Interesting Question Someone asked me. Everyone Someday will Die, How you will Die Is unknown unless you killed yourself, you could get crushed by a Bus, You could Overdose on some Drugs, You could Die Naturally in your Sleep either way Its gonna happen. If you could find out the Day you were Going to Die would you want know ?

But you cannot find out how your gonna die & If you somehow locked yourself into a room that day and missed your appointment with death you would go to Hell.

Well ???

What I'd rather know is why you capitalize your words so strangely.

I just watched Tim Burton's "Big Fish" last night and it focussed on this topic. Some would say that if you knew when you were going to die, you would have the opportunity to live the days you have left at the absolute highest level of enjoyment.

Me personally, I would take the gamble and want to know when it all ends for me. Not that I don't live my life now but it would be interesting to see what you could accomplish knowing that you were indeed immortal until that specific day.

Since it's impossible to know these kind of things, I let those that I love know through my actions everyday that I do in fact love them. That way, when I'm gone or they're gone, I know I didn't waste the small time we shared together here on Earth.

Final Destination, that movie focuses on people missing their appointment with death.

Anyone see that old skool Sci Fi movie KRULL? came out in 1983... anyways in the movie, you find out that the Cyclops, named Rell, is a sad and lonely creature because ages ago, his ancestors made a deal with the Beast. In order to see into the future, they gave up one of their eyes.

But unfortunately all they saw was their own death.

I wouldnt want to forsee my own death. it takes all the mystery and surprise out of it.

Wow... And I was expecting a topic about deathclock.com. :tongue2

if you know the day you die, do you become immune to death until that day?

For example: If I KNOW I am gonna die next week, and I jump off a tall building today... do I die from the fall off the building?

You'll probably survive and then slowly die.

If you bring that question into play then the huge fate vs free will debate will arise. Boo! I've heard so much crap about those two.
