Hey!
Just got back to my humble abode in good old Ann Arbor, Michigan...
I just wanted to thank everyone that made me and my friends feel so welcome this weekend.....From Saturday night at Scott Bond to the barbeque before Freedom to the most excellent evening that ensued at the Guv/KH Sunday we just kept meeting more and more really outstanding people!
The last couple of days have been memorable to say the least and I am already looking forward to my next trip to TO (June 30th perhaps????).
You all are a really fcukin excellent group of folks that welcome yobs from Detroit like me (I am Fran and Nosmo's friend, Darren) with open arms....:D .....I couldn't let the last couple of days end without saying a HUGE THANKS to all of you I met and made me feel so welcome!
If anyone is interested in coming down to Detroit next weekend for Movement, just let me know! Thanks Again and I am really looking forward to my next trip to TO!:D |

As Margie can quite see. I am still recovering from the long weekend. ;) Oddly enough I had trouble sleeping. I Should not have taken the long nap after work - damn!
I've had many people ask me where the name comes from so I'll share. It is a mix of Inuit and Norse. I had a dream about the Vikings and the Inuit and that's how I discovered the name ;)

Oh, don't tease ;) . Heh, heh. But if you're serious, that's awesome! We'd love to have ya over. You don't need me to remind you, but Detroit is just a leeeetle bit different than T.O. The one thing that's similar is that there are a lot of great people here in Detroit too. Unless, of course, you think I'm Fran and that I live in New York. If so, then, um yeah, Detroit is different than T.O. . . . and NY. :p |
