Tangential posts are often welcome, as they expand the length and breadth of discussion as long as they are done in, well, a fun way.
My views on Max Graham and his productions have been posted elsewhere as well a number of times -- so I did not come here to detract from his ability. |

it's an excuse for people to spam & get their postcount up, it was funny for like a couple of weeks, this being the turn of the year, but now everyone uses it and it can kill good threads, I see it as ignorant when all they post is +1 or something not on topic which is why myself, drm & mikey all showed our disapproval for those using it, it's just got so old & is so boring & ignorant now |

Now thanks for saying this and filling in some of the context -- because it's clear to me that your sage explanation could have come first and saved a lot of this. However, since we cannot go back in time, I will say the following: I could not relate to the same "spammy" context (as my history shows, I would not do such a thing and am more than happy to elaborate on my opinion regarding a particular track), and was approaching it from a different angle as I indicated earlier.
Clearly, there was miscommunication.
