I have quit smoking as of today. That means trees, and cigarettes! Yes, I am quitting both at the same time...yes I know its gonna be hard...and yes I NEED HELP!! This is like the 2nd time I have tried to quit this year. Last year I tried like 5 times. I can usaually go a couple of days, at longest I quit smoking trees for like 2 years once but kept smoking cigarettes. The longest I ever quit cigarettes for was like 6 months or so. Has anyone else quit or tried to quit. Give me some advice, tips, tricks anything!!!

three things

1.trade it for another addiction - maybe try harder club drugs like coke, X, GHB, OC, or c-meth

2.if you like smoking so much, why not try smoking pole? maybe earn cash!!!

3. jk totally ignore 1 and 2....the only tip is convincing yourself to not smoke again, and sticking to it. tricks are for the short-run. be strong...you can do it

EyesOfExtasy...

Mind over matter. Sounds cliche, but it's the truth. I drank for years and on the morning of April 19, 2003 I decided that I was done. I haven't drank since.

You can do it. ;)

well i havent totally quit but here's how i cut down from a pack a day to 5 in 2 months.

1. keep a pack a gum with you at all time instead of smoking try chew on gum.

2. start running or any kind of cardio.

hope this helps!

is it true that people who quit smoking put on lbs because they end up eating more than usual??????

nah i believe cuz nicotine is a stimulant itself and you lose weight because of that.

I stop A LOT of stuff 2 years ago and have been pretty much drug free since then. . . .with a few slip ups several months ago. . . .but ive been good. Nowadays i smoke only when i drink at the club to help me relax when i get in. . . .and then to sober up at the end of the night.
