Anyway, anyone here go to Cream 2000 @ Olympic Stadium with Timo, Max, Sneak, Darren Emerson.. etc? That was a pretty fun party.. haven't had fun at a Cream since.. not going to many of these 'rave' parties anymore though. ;)
BEST 514 lineup for me over the years.. tie between Connected 2000 (Intec tour Carl & crew) and Celebration 99 with MILLS, Hawtin & Acquaviva.. nutso!! Swirl 2002 would have been dope too. :D
The 'associations' for this party is interesting though.. we shall see what they put together. |

I was there.. what a mess, the layout for the party was CRAP, I remember everyone's gum got confiscated at the door too.. at first I thought they were just being jerks wanting to sell their own pack$ inside, but sure enough.. it was to try to protect the floors @ Jarry.. which, a tarp would have probably done.. anyway.. sounds silly.. but holy sh*t was that annoying.. 10,000 + people gurning like there's no tomorrow.. haha.. glad there are no pics from that night... ;)
The lineup itself was impressive, at the time I think like 4 of those dj's were in the 'TOP 20' for those of you who care about that thing, and 2 others were in the top 100 still.. Barbara was probably just off the list that year. (I think?)
I didn't enjoy the music much that night, but I remember Misstress B tore it up at like 7-8am and the place went nuts for her whole set.
To be honest.. first time I saw a female dj really dominate a set.. she had everyone begging for more!

The dj line-up will be more impressive than every other Cream parties before.
Please don't try to start rumours about the dj's before it's announced! But just to inform you, 1-2 dj's will be announced really soon and the pre-sale will start at Aria June 11th for the Tiësto - Misstress Barbara night! |
