so many people have voted for 4am. I pose this question to those who voted 4am.

Whats the difference between 4am and no last call? Why not allow restaurants to serve a champagne breakfast like you can have just about anywhere else?
malek
how about 5 am, to coincide with the start of public transportation services :p
Jayx1
thats a whole other issue in itself. We need more blue light buses at night that would get partiers safely home. I miss being in europe and south america where i could get hammered and not worry about driving anywhere since they had all night transit.

How early are they allowed to start serving? like noon or sooner?
