Terratec DMX 6fire and soundcards like it?

| I'm looking for a card like this which has production capabilities as well as surroudn sound and gaming support. Is this the only one available? It appears that i need a cd drive slot in order to install that and i already have those two slots filled. Anyone know of any other card i'd appreciate it. |

Check out their new sound cards. They have high quality A/D converters from the protools systems. The two cards with external breakout boxes do 7.1 surround I believe. Something like $400-$500 each.

I reckon u are thinking about that extra box, that comes with it? well, u dont have to use that box at all, u can buy the same card without the box, or u can not use the box.. |
